*Pricing is based on an annual agreement. Plans are subject to limits and are per-company. Monthly pricing plans are available at alternate pricing.

What type of support is included?

Included with your subscription to ZERO®, we provide unlimited email and chat support. We're here to help when you need it, and our response time is typically less than 15 minutes! We also have a handy Help Center in case you have a quick question outside our regular support hours (M-F, 9am-5pm EST).

ZERO® offers a professional support implementation program to help you get started. Let us know if you are interested in that, and we'll follow-up with you after you create your account.

If you are interested in onsite training, consulting or other professional services, we offer those services at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us at any time.

Are professional services offered?

ZERO® offers a professional support implementation program to help you get started. This includes project management, training, safety expert assistance, and more. We offer many options from quick start through professional implementation packages to get you started efficiently and successfully.

What payment options are available?

We prefer check, ACH, or PO style payments. We can accept credit cards, but all related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Is a free trial available?

Yes. Contact us through the Get Started and we can help you try ZERO®.

How do I cancel a ZERO Subscription?

Administrators can contact us at any time to cancel their account. However, please note that we do not offer refunds and you may still have outstanding obligations for unused time or unused contract period.
